Integrity partnered with a major utility company to embed a culture of respect across all levels of the organization. Using a phased approach, we facilitated structured behavioral and structural shifts, allowing for ongoing evaluation and adaptation.

Phase 1: Leadership Commitment & Data Collection
We engaged executive leadership in foundational education and gathered employee insights through surveys and interviews, identifying key cultural strengths and opportunities.
Phase 2: Strategy Development & Workforce Engagement
Based on our findings, we implemented an organization-wide inclusion survey, conducted focus groups, and assessed policies, systems, and processes. With this data, we co-created strategic recommendations and delivered People-Centered Workplace training across all teams.
Phase 3: Sustainable Change & Leadership Integration
To drive lasting change, we established a cross-departmental Core Council, replacing the traditional DEI council, with the CEO as an active participant. We also provided leadership coaching to managers and executives, ensuring alignment between company values and daily operations.
Phase 4: Measurement & Continuous Evolution
To sustain progress, we implemented a structured measurement framework, tracking key inclusion and performance metrics. Leaders created and shared individual CARS (C: Commitment, A: Actions, R: Results, S: Stories) accountability plans, ensuring clear commitments and tangible results. Ongoing assessments allow the company to refine strategies, reinforcing a culture of respect, belonging, and high performance.
Impact & Results
This initiative has led to significant improvements in Innovative workplace practices, leadership accountability, and better decision-making. Employees and managers actively apply new skills, strengthening collaboration and boosting engagement. Union-management relations have also improved, with inclusive strategies now embedded in business practices.
