Eric M. Ellis, M.A.
President & CEO
Eric Ellis was selected by the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) as one of the top 100 Diversity & Inclusion experts in the world, Eric believes in linking strategic interventions to bottom-line business results. He is a D&I innovator and respected thought leader, having contributed to many publications on the subject of strategic diversity and inclusion solutions. As President and CEO of Integrity Development, he has had the privilege of working with clients that include Toyota Motors, SHRM, Procter & Gamble, Plante & Moran LLP, Columbia Forest Products, C.H. Guenther & Son, Mercy Health Partners, Scripps, Kindred Healthcare and Huntington Bank.
Jennifer "Alex" Alexander-Nitz
Senior Consultant
Alex has served as a Senior consultant and trainer with Integrity Development for 10 years. Her expertise in communication has made her very valuable as we seek to assist our clients in establishing conscious communication that respects human differences. She believes that each member of humanity has a potential contribution to make to the whole. She currently teaches at Wright State in the Communication department and is the director of the Business Communication course. She is the previous director of the Interpersonal Communication course and also teaches Small Group/Team Communication, Public Speaking, Communication for Teachers, Effective Listening, Health Communication and Communicating with Children. She graduated magna cum laude with a B.A. degree in Communication and an M.S. in Counseling from Wright State University, Dayton, Ohio.
Wendell C. Ellis
Senior Consultant
Mr. Ellis' goal during training sessions is to increase awareness of issues related to the effective management of workforce diversity and its impact on the company’s economic performance, along with the development of a Corporate Diversity Action Plan. To date, he has facilitated classes for thousands of corporate employees at nearly twenty corporate facilities.​He has a B.A. in Political Science from Central State University, where he was a member of their NAIA National Championship Football Team. He was a M.A./PhD., student at Ohio State University​The recipient of many awards, Mr. Ellis has completed Research Fellowships at the University of Michigan-Ann Arbor and the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill. He has also been named one of the Who’s Who among college students in America and is recognized as one of Cincinnati’s Emerging New Leaders.
Cathy Scrivner
Senior Consultant
Cathy Scrivner is a skilled facilitator with a wealth of experience in all facets of Human Resources gained from a career of increasing responsibility in the retail environment. At Rich’s-Goldsmith’s-Lazarus, a premier division of Federated Department Stores, her exposure to managing personnel systems varied. She was the Human Resources Manager of one of the most profitable store locations in all of Federated Stores and served as the lead HR manager at a 1.2 million square foot Distribution Center with 800 employees. Her work as the leader in campus recruiting and the Rich’s Executive Trainee Program produced one of the most successful recruitment and training programs in the company’s history.
Gary Agee
Senior Consultant
Mr. Agee is an accomplished and engaging public speaker making use of his extensive aca­demic training in his workshops. Gary has served an adjunct faculty member at Xavier University in Cincinnati and at Anderson University in Indiana. He has authored three books, his latest, "A Cry for Justice," scheduled to be released by the University of Arkansas Press in the fall of 2011, is a groundbreaking study on the life of Daniel A. Rudd, a civil rights leader who worked for racial equality in the late nineteenth and early twentieth centuries.
Dr. Yasue Kuwahara
Senior Consultant
Yasue has more than 15 years of experience in Asian studies and research. Fluent in Japanese, she has been instrumental in providing Integrity’s consulting services to Japanese executives and managers with Toyota Motors, having translated and led numerous training experiences. She is a professor of Communication and Director of Popular Culture Studies at Northern Kentucky University, where she teaches a variety of courses on American and Asian popular culture and mass media. Her scholarly interest has expanded from the U.S. influence on postwar Japan to the popular culture of South Korea and China in recent years. She is the editor of the East Asian Popular Culture Series by Palgrave Macmillan. Dr. Kuwahara grew up in Tokyo and moved to the U.S. upon graduation from Waseda University.
